The assessments were unsystematically select by the staffs and the management team did not sway the elections made by every staff member. Every assessment has been revised by the management team and the resulting info will be used to make an improvement on the output of the work and satisfaction of the job for each employee. After going over the assessments that were completed by the staff members, it is the management’s assumption whether or not the job fulfillment, equality, superior ability, and company policy are major features for every employee.
